When it is time to get up, sleep seems easier and sweeter for some reason. Ahh, if only it were possible to roll over and close your eyes! to go ahead
Go ahead, however, try.
I am excited for the new movie
The new movie has me excited! Begin with baby steps. Open your eyes. Take off your pajama pants. Once you have stood up, the hardest part is over! Now, simply ease yourself into a sitting position and put on your slippers; this process should take less than a minute.
Start stretching your arms. After that, stretch your legs. Do not excessively stretch your legs, as it may result in muscle cramps.
Seeing something in a visual way. What kind of day do you anticipate having? Have you decided what you will be wearing? What kind of day do you anticipate having? Have you decided what you will be wearing? Are you looking forward to an activity?
One sit-up, one push-up. Why not both? Turn on some music and dance while listening to a talk show. Every morning, I would look forward to and enjoy listening to Howard Stern. One sit-up, one push-up. The next tip follows this one.
Listening to a favorite talk show. The only problem I had was focusing when I had visitors. As one of my aunts. She accidentally heard Howard Stern's commentary. She was appalled by the thought of, "How dare you listen to that?" She asked what? With all due respect, I need to be uplifted and energized. This is how I begin my day.
Time yourself when you bathe, shower, or style your hair. If you had only ten minutes or less, can you turn it into a game? How long is five minutes? If you were running late, how long would it take to do these? I understand. Thinking about being late is something you don't even want to consider. Although it occurs, panicking is not the solution. Don't forget to take into account the amount of time required for each chore. Time yourself when you bathe, shower, or style your hair. Could you still consider skipping some things just to save time? If you had to, what would you be able to skip? This is all preparing you for the time that you dread.
By going to bed earlier, I can get more sleep. If you had gone to bed an hour or two earlier, you wouldn't feel like sleeping now. It is likely that you will toss and turn during that time. Going to bed earlier is an acquired habit, after all. It may take a few days to acclimate yourself, but trust me, it works! You'll sleep longer and find that getting up in the morning isn't so bad or difficult, and you'll become healthier as well.
